Drink using a blast from the past. A few
simple dieting techniques using citrus fruits
are guaranteed to add zing to your Zinger.
Zero
Lemonade - This tangy diet recipe for lemonade
contains a skinny zero calories. Take 1
glass of ice cold water. Add the juice
of one lemon. Next, add a few packets of
your favorite no calorie sweetener. Doll
your drink up a bit by using crushed ice
and a wedge of lemon to the side of the
glass.
Orange
Nightmare - Peel 1 large
orange and slice into eight wedges. Carefully
dip 1/2 of each wedge into melted DARK chocolate.
Place two of the wedges on the outside
of an ice cold glass of orange juice for
a skinny, orange-you-diet-good treat.

Rampage - Add the juice of one lime, lemon, tangerine
or orange to a glass of your favorite brand of diet
cola.
Sugar
Rim Grapefruit - Dip the rim of a tall damp glass carefully
into a bag of Splenda. Next, carefully pour the
juice of one freshly-squeezed grapefruit into the glass.
Add a few sweet jarred cherries to the glass.
Add crushed ice if desired. Add a straw
and a cute tiny umbrella to your drink. Add more Splenda
to the glass if sweeter grapefruit juice is desired,
but keep in mind that the cherries tend to add quite
a bit of extra sweetness - so taste before you spoon.
