Setting Your Goal Weight - How much should I weigh?

Establish a Goal Weight, the number you're shooting for on the weight scales.

To help determine that number click here, then return to this page using the 'back' button on your toolbar. Pick the HIGHEST number on the chart based on height, ignoring frame size. As you lose weight, this number can be adjusted.  Setting a higher number is one trick to motivate weight loss.

Don't expect Overnight Weight Loss Miracles.  Be realistic when pursuing weight loss AND pursue it with a vengeance!

Activity will speed up your weight loss results.  If you don't like to do the standard exercises (situps, windmills, toe touches,etc.) try walking, shopping, shooting hoops, bowling, golfing or swimming. The important thing to do is to move at a pace that will increase heart rate.
